"I have used Reliable Carpet for the last 3 years. Lindsay is always a pleasure to deal with. As a investment property owner, she has been able to fit me in whenever I had an emergency.
Shawn is a great technician who takes great care to ensure the carpets are left as clean as possible. He is quick, fast and provides good instructions on how to maintain the carpets for after.
I paid around $180 for both a cleaning and sanitization. Prices have gone up in recent years (used to pay $160), but the quality of the work is good so I do not mind.
Please note however that carpets can take anywhere from 12-16 hours to dry. I was told 3-4 hours when I booked, but due to past experiences, I knew this to be untrue. That was the only caveat in an other wise good experience. "

"I have 4 dogs, 1 of which has accidents which left several bad pet stains plus normal wear and tear stains. A couple of months ago I had the rugs cleaned and the carpet looked just as bad as when they started and I was told by the technician to get rid of it. I almost did but since It was a good carpet tested on rhinos I decided if it can withstand rhinos it should be able to withstand my dogs. I called Reliable Carpet told them my problem and sent them pics, and while they couldn't guarantee me anything over the phone they were pretty sure they could help. Jimmy and Gord came yesterday and cleaned my carpets and they look like almost new. They removed ALL the stains, removed all the ground in dirt. They did a fantastic job.
