Such a great company!! This is the 2nd time I’ve used them. The technicians, Dave and Jamie, came today to clean 3 floors of carpets in my home. They were prompt, charming to deal with and very careful with my house. They removed an old stain that I thought couldn’t be cleaned. Everything looks amazing now. I’m having their upholstery team come next week to clean several chairs. I highly recommend this company.

We’ve been getting our carpets cleaned at Reliable for years. We just got a new puppy and accidents happen. They clean the carpet but also give you the option to have it treated to remove odors. It’s important for us because the puppy will continue to relieve himself if he smells the scent. Great option to have as a dog owner.

I have used other services in the past and old stains reappeared shortly after the cleaning took place. The first time I used Reliable, the old stains were gone. I called them back this year to clean new carpet and rug stains and also clean my sofa and ottomans. On both jobs, the technicians have been friendly and professional. They have done excellent work and I will be hiring them again in the future! Because white sofas and white carpets are not a good idea when you own dogs. But it is what it is. My wife first contacted Reliable Carpet a few years ago and we have used them exclusively ever since. We have found them to be both professional and reliable in all our dealings with them.
Our most recent experience was necessitated as a result of a number terrible stains left on an off white living room rug created by our seriously ill pet dog. Reliable went above and beyond in dealing with this matter. They worked on a number of stain removal applications until they came up with a process that removed what we thought were impossible stains to clean. We now have our beautiful rug back and it is looking like new. Stephen totally cares about creating the best client relationship and providing exceptional service. “I have used Reliable Carpet for the last 3 years. Lindsay is always a pleasure to deal with. As a investment property owner, she has been able to fit me in whenever I had an emergency.
Shawn is a great technician who takes great care to ensure the carpets are left as clean as possible. He is quick, fast and provides good instructions on how to maintain the carpets for after.
I paid around $180 for both a cleaning and sanitization. Prices have gone up in recent years (used to pay $160), but the quality of the work is good so I do not mind.
Please note however that carpets can take anywhere from 12-16 hours to dry. I was told 3-4 hours when I booked, but due to past experiences, I knew this to be untrue. That was the only caveat in an other wise good experience. “

Ivan was the technician who came in to do the cleaning. He is knowledgeable and welcomed my questions. I also found him to be personable, polite, detail-oriented, conscientious and thorough.
After the work was completed and the cleaning solution dried, it appeared that the stairs needed more attention. “I had my area rug for several years and never had it professionally cleaned. There was an old tea stain and a newer pet stain, made worse because I attempted to clean it. Tsultrim let me know when he picked up my rug that they would try to clean the new stain using an extra cleaning service but if it was unsuccessful I wouldn’t be charged. After a few weeks he called to follow up to say that the stain could not be wholly eliminated. When he arrived with it, it had definitely improved and the older tea stains were gone.
