“I had my area rug for several years and never had it professionally cleaned. There was an old tea stain and a newer pet stain, made worse because I attempted to clean it. Tsultrim let me know when he picked up my rug that they would try to clean the new stain using an extra cleaning service but if it was unsuccessful I wouldn’t be charged. After a few weeks he called to follow up to say that the stain could not be wholly eliminated. When he arrived with it, it had definitely improved and the older tea stains were gone. Since it was on the corner we could rotate the carpet 90degrees to hide it. Tsultrim insisted on laying the carpet himself to my satisfaction. He was very helpful, prompt and professional.”

“I found this company through their ad in community newspaper. I told the woman on the phone what I needed and she explained to me their minimum charge and what they would do. The service man, Shawn, called shortly before he would be arriving. He was on time and professional as he explained the process. I noticed after the carpet had dried that there was still some indication of the water stain. I called and they told me that they would have a look and see what could be done. “Reliable sent their technician Frank to my apartment to clean my long neglected yellow sofa, and he did a great job. He arrived soon after 9 am on a Saturday, worked two hours non-stop in 86 degrees heat (I don’t have A.C.). He barely stopped to drink water w/ ice cubes I offered. My sofa looks amazing. Almost as good as new, and it had five years’ worth of dirt & cat vomit (thank you Snoofie) ground into its nap. If you have pet stains, there’s a $58.00 extra charge for an enzyme treatment. Front desk should’ve told me that upfront, but it’s worth it.”

My entire experience went smoothly and stress free. Both Stephen and Shawn were very informative and knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Everything went amazing, and on schedule. The price was great, and the finished product looked beautiful.

We have four pieces of a sectional that were not clean in ages and thought we have to throw them out. They looked to us beyond cleaning, but Frank did an amazing job and saved them. He did the impossible possible. We are grateful and we thank you for your professionalism. The before and after pictures speaks for themselves.

We’ve been getting our carpets cleaned at Reliable for years. We just got a new puppy and accidents happen. They clean the carpet but also give you the option to have it treated to remove odors. It’s important for us because the puppy will continue to relieve himself if he smells the scent. Great option to have as a dog owner.
